  2. thorny issues involving charitable solicitations;

  4. challenges in honoring donor intent when investing, managing, and using restricted funds;

  7. choices and tax implications (unrelated business income tax) of social enterprises;
  8. adventures in navigating sensitive relationships with private foundation managers;
  9. frequent and common self-dealing pitfalls;
  10. cautionary tales of alternative investments; and
  11. reducing costs and better engaging employees in their retirement and benefit plans.

This workshop is approved for 2 hours of CE credits for HRCI, SHRM and CPE designations.
