Please join us in welcoming Innovative’s new Director of Business Development, Greg Blemlek! Greg has worked in sales & overall growth leadership roles for most of his career. Most recently, Greg had the responsibility of leading a large regional sales and consulting team. During this time, Greg focused on growing a sales force which ultimately grew into a 60-million-dollar regional operation. In part, the growth was the result of Greg’s sales team development, but also from cross-selling other insurance products including: Property & Casualty; Retirement Services; Healthcare Analytics; Human Resources Consulting and Engagement & Wellbeing. Greg also has experience as a payroll & HR sales consultant, through years with ADP for Brown & Brown Consulting.
At Innovative, Greg will head up our company’s business development efforts and will be responsible for growing our sales team. Developing and nurturing a sales force is Greg’s passion. Along with Innovative’s CEO, Terriann Procida, and Employee Benefits Consultants, Dan Foley and Ryan Kastner, Greg will be developing a formal sales program to lay the foundation for significant growth over the next several years.
