We are happy to announce the addition of two new members to the Innovative team: Molly Greer and Jennifer Fitzwater!
Molly Greer is a return employee to Innovative after a 13 year respite. Molly’s previous experience in eligibility and claims has allowed a seamless transition back to Innovative. Molly is our newest Enrollment and Eligibility Specialist. She is working closely with our Account Managers and clients to ensure that all employee benefits are updated in our system and with the carriers. In addition, Molly will be assisting our Claims Specialist with resolving claim issues for our clients. Welcome back Molly!
Jennifer Fitzwater is a graduate of Rider University where she earned a Certificate of Academic Achievement. Her previous experience as a Benefits Supervisor enables her to immediately offer her expertise to our Account Managers as an Account Associate. In her new role, Jennifer will be involved in all aspects of our clients’ renewal process, from working with carriers on obtaining rates, to preparing enrollment kits and attending enrollment meetings. She will also be working in Claims Advocacy, assisting employees in resolving claim issues and answering benefit questions. As a former Benefits Supervisor for a large retailer, Jennifer will add a unique perspective to the medical benefits process for our clients.
