We are very excited to announce the addition of Scott Agostini to Innovative Benefit Planning. As Managing Director, Scott will provide oversight on the day-to-day business operations. In addition, Agostini will use his many years of Human Resources management experience to grow Innovative’s HR consulting practice. Most recently, Agostini was Director of Human Resources for Magee Rehabilitation Hospital of the Jefferson Health System. His professional experience also includes the for-profit sectors of software engineering and banking. Agostini has spoken nationally on HR topics and is a certified professional coach.
