Please join us in congratulating Innovative’s Employee Benefits Consultant, Ryan Kastner, on being named “40 Under 40” by SNJ Business People! Last night, Ryan was among 40 local business people under the age of 40 honored for their professional and philanthropic achievements at The Mansion in Voorhees.
Southern New Jersey Business People’s ’40 Under 40′ is an annual program acknowledging outstanding business professionals in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. Click here to see photos from the event.
Ryan graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in 2009. After graduation, Ryan worked for Orkin, then Paychex before joining the Innovative team in 2013. Committed to continuing his education, Ryan achieved his Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist designation in 2013. In 2014, Ryan completed the International Federation of Employee Benefits School and then his Series 65 to become an Investment Advisor Representative. Currently, Ryan is in the process of completing the rigorous Certified Employee Benefits (CEBS) designation.
Outside of his profession, Ryan is involved in a number of philanthropic endeavors. Since 2013, he has sat on the Burlington County Cabinet for the United Way as a Volunteer Account Executive. Since January 2015, Ryan has been a Board member of the Nonprofit Development Center of Southern New Jersey. Ryan also worked on the committee coordinating the 2015 Southern New Jersey NPO Awards and is a member of the Moorestown Rotary Lunch Club and actively supports the community through their initiatives. For the last 5 years, he has personally collected donations for his bike ride from Philadelphia to Atlantic City to support the American Cancer Society. Ryan is also the chair of Innovative’s United Way Campaign and let us to a 95% participation rate in 2015.
