Please join us in welcoming Deirdre Groenen, Esq. as VP of HR and General Counsel. Reporting directly to our CEO, Terriann Procida, this new key member of the senior leadership team will provide guidance, conduct research, and serve as a resource for our employees and our clients. This role is critical in guiding Innovative and its clients through federal and state labor laws and compliance regulations and providing our clients with informed advice that can help them resolve issues. Additionally, she will work in a coordinated effort with the Business Development and Account Management Teams to complete and deliver all Innovative HR and compliance related documents and materials.

With over 14 years’ experience in litigation, employment law, and Human Resource leadership roles, Deirdre possesses a strong background and brings extensive experience to this position. Prior to joining Innovative, she specialized in representing employers in labor and employment claims, counseling clients on employee relations issues and HR best practices, overseeing compliance requirements and regulations, and providing manager and employee training on harassment, diversity, and inclusion related topics. Deirdre received her B.A in Political Science from Temple University and J.D. from Temple Beasley School of Law.
