It gives us great pleasure in introducing our newest member, Rbhya Pal, to the Innovative team! Rbhya joins Innovative’s employee benefits department as an Actuarial Analyst, reporting to our Director of Benefits Consulting, John Romaska. Rbhya will be responsible for preparing client claims reports and analysis, marketing various funding arrangements and lines of coverage, and preparing financial and claims utilization analysis.

Rbhya is currently completing her master’s in actuarial science at the Fox School of Business of Temple University and plans to graduate in December of this year. Prior to accepting this position, she has held several positions within the fields of business management operations and financial analytics, including her most recent management position as the Director of Operations for an Indian financial company where she strengthened skills necessary for this position.
