Innovative Welcomes Lauren Urbanski as Executive Account Manager
We are excited to announce our newest member of the Innovative team, Lauren Urbanski! Lauren joins Innovative as an employee benefits Executive Account Manager. In this role, Lauren is responsible for strengthening and maintaining Innovative Benefit Planning’s relationships with its current clients and ensuring the continued growth, strategy, retention and profitability of our employee benefits programs. Lauren will lead and manage the day-to-day projects of account managers and others in the employee benefits practice to provide a high level of client satisfaction and account competency. Some of her duties will include renewal plan design and quoting, client problem solving, and ensuring that all client, prospect and carrier deadlines are met.

Prior to accepting this position, Lauren worked as a Benefits Consultant for a Philadelphia based insurance broker where she worked directly with client CEOs/CFOs and HR Managers to effectively put multi-year employee benefits strategies in place. During this time, she gained valuable experience in carrier negotiations, alternative funding options, benchmarking, and more. Lauren received her B.A. in Education from Rider University, holds a Life and Health License, Certified Self-Funding Professional Account Management Certification through NAHU (working towards CEBS Designation), and a Medical Biller and Coder Certificate.
