The Innovative team headed to Chicago this past weekend for the United Benefit Advisor’s Fall Conference September 18th-20th.

The three-day conference was filled with valuable educational sessions focusing on hot topics such as compliance, wellness program regulations, the escalating cost of prescription drugs, Health Plan Survey trends and more.
Throughout the conference, Innovative CEO and UBA Chairwoman of the Board, Terriann Procida, gained valuable insight through meeting with Principals of the UBA Partner Firms nationwide. During Monday’s general session Employee Benefits Consultant, Ryan Kastner, spoke on a panel discussion about Innovative’s recent successes.
