Innovative Benefit Planning is honored to announce we are the recipient of the “Community Impact Award”. Issued by the South Jersey Biz, Innovative is featured as one of the inaugural winners in their April 2019 publication.
The award honors successful companies in South Jersey that, in addition to their business accomplishments, pledge to give back to the community around them in other ways. The South Jersey Biz article states, “There are many successful companies in South Jersey, but not all of their accomplishments have come from the inside of their workspace. Several have made it their mission to give back to the communities they serve, which is one of the keys to their success.”
Innovative’s core value is to put people first, and we are dedicated to making the community a key part of our business by donating time, money and resources. As we celebrate our 30-year anniversary, to honor the special occasion and pay thanks to our amazing community and countless partners, our goal is to “give back” in 30 different ways to our local community by year’s end by working with local charities, non-profits and those in need.
Some of the things we’ve participated in thus far for 2019 include coat and toy drives, volunteering at local food banks and pet shelters, and making many monetary donations. We have several future events in the works for the rest of the year, as well.
