On Thursday April 11, 2013 Innovative attended the Go Red for Women Lunch Event at Lucien’s Manor in Berlin, New Jersey. Today, heart disease is STILL the #1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year. But it can be prevented. Knowledge of the risk factors for heart disease and also the symptoms of a heart attack, which is different for women than for men, can help save your life or the life of someone you love. Tamala Edwards from 6ABC Action News served as the keynote speaker of this event that included breakout sessions with health and fitness experts and medical professionals.
