We are excited to announce Innovative’s new Vice President of Financial Operations, Jay O’Brien. Jay will be enhancing our financial account management services and run day-to-day operations. He will also be instrumental in developing our wealth management offering.
More about Jay
Jay grew up on Long Island and moved to South Jersey after high school. He went to the University of Notre Dame and then spent 4 years in the Navy. He returned to the area in the early 90’s and has been here since.
After a few positions in NYC/North Jersey, Jay was the Director of Operations for Brinker Capital, a third-party investment manager in Berwyn, PA, until his father made him an offer that couldn’t be passed up. Jay joined his father in a golf car sales and service business in Medford, NJ. After a few years in the golf and leasing industry, Jay returned to Brinker Capital where he had several roles in sales, service, and retirement plans over the past 13+ years.
Jay and his wife, Kathy, currently live in Mt. Laurel with their daughter, Jaclyn, and 3 dogs. Another daughter, Caitlyn, lives in Delray Beach, FL. Jay is a big sports fan and is anxiously awaiting golf season. Please join us in welcoming Jay to the team!
