Please join us in welcoming Innovative’s new Benefit Consultant, Mima Jovanovic. Mima Jovanovic is an accomplished employee benefits consultant with over 20 years of experience cultivating new business opportunities and developing strategic health and welfare programs. He brings a unique perspective to clientele; with significant experience and skills on both the carrier and brokerage side of the industry. He has earned accolades and praise from his clients and peers, including the CEO Leadership award as part of TD Insurance. However, he is most proud of his family where he and his wife, Lisa, have raised two wonderful children over their 20+ year marriage. Lisa and Mima live just a few minutes north of Princeton in Kendall Park, New Jersey. They enjoy spending time at the Jersey Shore beaches, listening to live music and attending sporting events. Mima is also an avid NY Yankees, NY Giants and NJ Devils fan. We are excited for him to join the Innovative team.
