Ryan Picarella is widely known for his thought leadership in organizational culture, wellbeing, and organizational human performance.  As CEO of the Wellness Council of America, he has the privilege to work with numerous Fortune 500 companies and international communities to improve the health and wellbeing of all people.  Picarella is a renowned keynote speaker who has been requested around the world. He currently serves as a senior fellow with WE in the Nation, focusing on well-being and equity around the world, a board director for the National Wellness Institute and founder of Conscious Disruption, a firm dedicated to personal and organizational transformation.

From Southern New Jersey via I-295

​From I-295 North take Exit 26- “676 North.” Take 676 North approximately 3 miles to Exit 5A “Martin Luther King Boulevard.” Staying in the right lane go straight off of the exit ramp (east), follow blue “Waterfront” signs approximately 1.1 miles to 3rd Street. Turn right on Third Street (south) and follow it for two blocks to Market Street. Turn left at the second light, Market Street (east) and stay on Market for three blocks to its end at Delaware Avenue. Make a left at Delaware Avenue (South), staying in the right lane. Look for the entrance to the parking area on the right less than one block after turning onto to Delaware Avenue.

From Bucks County and Northeastern PA via I-95

​From I-95 South, take Exit 22,“I-676 East/Callowhill Street.” Make a right onto Callowhill Street (West) and get into the left lane. Make a left onto 6th Street (South) staying in the left lane and following signs for Ben Franklin Bridge. Cross the Ben Franklin Bridge and bear right to continue on I-676 South, remaining in the right lane. Look for Exit 5B, less than ¼ mile from toll plaza on the right-hand side. Exit at 5B “Market Street/Waterfront”. Stay on Market Street (west), following blue Waterfront/Aquarium signs for approximately 0.6 miles to its end at Delaware Avenue. Make a left at Delaware Avenue, staying in the right lane. Look for the entrance to the parking area on the right less than one block after turning onto to Delaware Ave.

Philadelphia and the Western Suburbs

From I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway), follow signs to central Philadelphia taking Exit 344, I-676 East. Take I-676 approximately 1.6 miles to the exit for the Ben Franklin Bridge. Staying in the left lanes on the exit ramp, make a right (South) at the bottom of the ramp onto 6th Street. Stay left on 6th Street following the circle to the Ben Franklin Bridge. Cross the Ben Franklin Bridge and bear right to continue on I-676 South. Remaining in the right lane, look for Exit 5B, less than ¼ mile from toll plaza on the right-hand side. Exit at 5B “Market Street/Waterfront”. Stay on Market Street (west), following blue “Waterfront/Aquarium” signs for approximately 0.6 miles to its end at Delaware Avenue. Make a left onto Delaware Avenue (south), and get immediately into the right lane on Delaware Avenue. Look for the entrance to the parking area on the right less than one block after turning onto Delaware Avenue.

From Northern New Jersey and New York via the New Jersey Turnpike or I-295

From the New Jersey Turnpike, take Exit 4 onto Route 73 North. Take Route 73 to Route 38 West towards Camden. Take Route 38 West and bear right at overpass to Route 30 West. Stay on 30 West approximately 1.6 miles to the “Martin Luther King Boulevard/Waterfront Attractions” exit on the right. Off the ramp continue straight until the road splits. Following the blue “Waterfront/Aquarium” stay to the left onto Martin Luther King Boulevard. Follow MLK Blvd approximately 1.1 miles to Third Street and turn right on Third (north). Make a left at the second light, Market Street (west) and stay on Market for three blocks to its end at Delaware Avenue. Make a left at Delaware Avenue (south), and get immediately into the right lane. Leah Marone

Leah Marone, LCSW, is a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience based in Charlotte, NC. She has facilitated over 20,000 therapy sessions, writes for Psychology Today, and is an expert forum contributor for Newsweek. Leah was a former anxiety-ridden Division 1 basketball player which has led to her passion for working with athletes and coaches on combating pressure, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and performance anxiety.
As a mental wellness consultant, Leah works with companies and nonprofits on topics such as; anxiety & stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, productivity, effective communication, and emotional intelligence. She offers a number of supportive services and fully assesses the company culture in order to meet an organization ‘where they are’ and address its needs. Her 5-step initiative not only reinforces the importance of mental health within an entire organization, but also identifies areas where growth and connection are needed to prevent high turnover, address burnout, and improve productivity.
Currently, she partners with Equitable and facilitates a three-part wellness series for teachers and administrators that focuses primarily on boundary setting and resilience for the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System in NC.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys traveling, hiking, exercising, and writing. She also loves being a coach for her daughter’s club soccer team.

Alisha DeLorenzo

Alisha De Lorenzo is a human connection expert working with individuals and organizations across the globe to awaken transformation and healing through authentic connection with ourselves and the world around us. Her integrative approach and insights have helped schools from New Jersey to Africa, corporations, non-profits, government agencies, the United States Army and countless communities.  In addition to being a sought after thought leader on cultivating cultures of connection and belonging, Alisha is a pioneer in addressing well-being in education, a Licensed Professional Counselor and previous Deputy Director of Garden State Equality, NJ’s largest LGBTQ+ education and advocacy non-profit.  Working at the intersection of personal development, well-being, equity and justice, gives her a unique voice across diverse audiences to cultivate more inclusive places to live, work, grow and heal.  Alisha has been recognized by the New Jersey Department of Education, Monmouth University, the United States Army and community organizations for her dedication to the mental health field and her activism in organizing communities toward healing. 

Tamalyn Wandler

As Director of Compliance, Tamalyn assists clients with their compliance auditing and educates them on the various federal and state regulations, assesses areas of weakness, determines potential liability, and provides tools to help the client avoid common pitfalls. In addition, her duties include developing, overseeing, and evaluating control systems, researching regulatory and legislative changes, and assisting with the drafting and distribution of Wrap SPDs for clients.

Tamalyn brings deep experience in the benefits compliance industry to Innovative. Before joining Innovative, she worked at Willis Tower Watson in the Health & Benefits Compliance practice. Tamalyn received two bachelor’s degrees from Loyola University Chicago before obtaining her JD from DePaul University College of Law and her Master of Laws in Employee Benefits from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
